Mô tả Công việc

Reports to: General Manger, CEIVN
Responsible for: Marketing Engineers/Executive

Purpose: To manage and develop Marketing team to meet all expected KPI from higher management

Interactions:

Interface between Company and Customers
Interact with all other departments to support and meet customers’ requirement.
Interact with higher management to consult and convey direction to Marketing team

Functions:

1. Support/co-ordinate the following area for existing customers.

Quotation
Before and after sales service.
Provide customer service and program management.
Conduct customer satisfaction survey.
Monitoring customer feedbacks

2. Provide RFQ service for existing and potential customers.

Co-ordinate RFQ package.
Prepare quotation.
Follow up after quotation submitted.

3. Manage Marketing team for effective operation, provide support to higher management

Results/Output:

Sales performance vs the budget.
New Projects/customers secured

Authority:

Submission of Quotation to customers.
To assign Marketing Engineers/Executives to handle various projects
To assign other project members from various depts to perform project tasks
To remind and issue warning letter to Marketing staffs when He/she violates company rules or not fulfill responsibility.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Recruitment requirements:

Degree/Diploma in Electronics/Mechanical Engineering/Business Management
1–3 years: of relevant experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably in EMS
Pre- and post-sales experience
Good communication skill

Job requirements

Having been trained IPC (IPC –A610), doing quotation, project management, ERP
Understand and know how to use Oracle System
