Mô tả Công việc

Purpose of the position:

Mass Recruitment Supervisor is a key leadership role within Talentnet’s HR Outsourcing division, responsible for overseeing high-volume recruitment operations with a strong focus on mass hiring for retail, FMCG,…. This role works closely with recruiters, clients, and key account teams to deliver strategic hiring solutions, improve recruitment quality, and support business growth. The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy recruitment leader with strong business acumen, capable of managing diverse stakeholders and contributing to Talentnet’s long-term success.

Job Accountabilities:

1. Financial Goal Achievement

Be responsible for achieving individual financial targets
Ensure the debtor by follow up with clients for payment progress and reduce bad debts

2. Strategic Recruitment Operations

Lead and manage mass recruitment projects across multiple client portfolios, experience in IT and technical recruitment is a big plus.
Forecast staffing needs and develop scalable sourcing strategies tailored to both non-tech and tech talent markets.
Manage recruiters & collaborate with clients, and key account teams to ensure alignment on recruitment goals and SLAs.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies for IT, Technical roles (e.g., software engineers, data analysts, cybersecurity specialists).
Utilize specialized platforms and Boolean search techniques to identify top tech talent.
Stay current with trends in tech hiring, compensation benchmarks, and candidate motivations in the IT, FMCG, Retails, Financial Services sector.
Optimize digital tools (ATS, CRM, AI sourcing platforms) into recruitment workflows to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
Build and maintain a digital talent pipeline, leveraging data analytics to improve sourcing outcomes.
Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal regulations.
Maintain accurate recruitment reports and dashboards for internal and client use.
Develop branding strategy for both online & offline channels.

3. Business Development & Client Engagement

Partner with the Manager to support client engagement, proposal development, and service expansion.
Identify opportunities to enhance recruitment services and contribute to business development initiatives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.

4. Team Development

Coach and manage a team of recruiters, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
Monitor team KPIs and ensure timely delivery of recruitment outcomes.
Promote continuous learning and upskilling in tech recruitment practices.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Bachelor’s degree (preferably Human resources, Business Administration, Economics, Law)
5-7 years of experience in HR, with at least 3–4 years in mass recruitment
Strong knowledge of industry trends and labour market dynamics to provide clients with innovative recruitment solutions and insights.
Strong competence in analyzing recruitment metrics and data to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make informed decisions.
Advanced skills of operation management, client management, project management, problem solving and decision making
Good English communication
