Task (직무):

- 신구조 신공법에 따른 제품 조립성 집중 검토

- 신모델 도입 조기 안정화 관리

- 고질 불량 근본 원인 분석을 통한 제조 품질 개선

- 협력사 조립 공정 프로세스 최적화 및 수율 개선

- 제품군 다양화에 따른 협력사 및 제조 컨트롤 타워 역할

- 시장 불량 원인 분석 및 대응안 수립

- 사출, 프레스 금형 관리를 통한 금형 문제 사전 방지

- Intensive review of product assembly performance based on new structures and new methods

- Early stabilization management of new model introductions

- Manufacturing quality improvement through root cause analysis of chronic defects

- Optimization of partner assembly processes and yield improvement

- Serving as a control tower for partner companies and manufacturing due to product diversification

- Market defect cause analysis and response plan development

- Preemptive prevention of mold problems through injection and press mold management

Job Experience (직무 경험)

- 프레스 금형 설계 및 운영 경험

- 대기업 고객사 신모델 도입 지원 경험

- Experience in press mold design and operation

- Experience supporting the introduction of new models for large corporate clients

Knowledge (지식)

- Auto CAD 활용/분석 가능자

- Ability to utilize/analyze Auto CAD

Requirements (필수요건)

- 직무경력 : 관련 직무 경험 최소 4년 이상

- 어 학 : 영어회화 2급 이상 또는 베트남 현지어 가능자

- Work Experience: At least 4 years of relevant work experience

- Language Proficiency: Level 2 or higher in English or Vietnamese language proficiency
