Mô tả Công việc

Perform and handle daily operational export and import duties of ocean, airfreight or trucking shipments of MP Logistics.

Responsible for the shipment coordination between shippers, customers and carriers and shipping lines.

Ensure that each shipment is followed up correctly from receiving the booking up to invoicing of the customer.

Handling of documentation for export and import shipments for both ocean and airfreight, trucking

Provide Customer Service communication activities per mail or phone between all relevant involved parties.

Create and maintain shipment data on MP Logistics TMS.

Ensure that operational activities are in line and compliance with MP Logistics company policy

Follow up with payments for all relevant parties for both receivables and payables will be done in a timely manner.

Report directly to line manager for any irregularity.

Report the task and performance on a weekly as well as monthly basis to management.

Perform other tasks as assigned by MP Logistics management.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

At least one year of experience in a similar field.

University Graduate majoring in Logistics, Supply Chain, Foreign Trade or Business Administration is required

Knowledge of the ocean, air freight or trucking market

Good communication skills

Motivated with a good customer service attitude

English communication. Knowing a third language is a plus

Ability to work independently as well as within a team

Proficient in MS Office
