Mô tả Công việc

Vai trò:

Hỗ trợ quản lý tuân thủ về an toàn, môi trường, sức khỏe theo tiêu chuẩn của Linfox và quy định pháp luật Việt Nam. Đảm bảo hệ thống kiểm soát nội bộ hiệu quả, thực hiện audit, báo cáo và đưa ra biện pháp phòng ngừa rủi ro.

Nhiệm vụ chính:

Quản lý an toàn & môi trường: giám sát tuân thủ, xử lý sự cố, audit định kỳ, triển khai corrective actions.
Hỗ trợ phòng ban: tư vấn pháp lý, hướng dẫn compliance cho HSE & Operations, tham gia đánh giá tác động.
Quan hệ khách hàng: duy trì mối quan hệ, tham dự họp với khách hàng/Region về vấn đề an toàn, môi trường, pháp lý.
Báo cáo & đào tạo: xây dựng dashboard, báo cáo compliance, hỗ trợ HR phát triển chương trình đào tạo.
Đối tác bên ngoài: làm việc với subcontractor, auditor, cơ quan chức năng, khách hàng.
Phát triển quy trình: tham gia xây dựng SOP, succession plan, và chuẩn bị cho external audits.
Đổi mới & cải tiến: đề xuất giải pháp sáng tạo để nâng cao hiệu quả an toàn, môi trường và sức khỏe.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Yêu cầu:

Tốt nghiệp ngành Safety, Law hoặc kỹ thuật.
Thành thạo Tiếng Việt & Tiếng Anh (giao tiếp, trình bày).
Kinh nghiệm trong an toàn, kho vận, vận tải, audit, risk management.
Kỹ năng báo cáo, phân tích, thuyết trình, giao tiếp thuyết phục.
Thành thạo MS Office.
Tính cách: chủ động, sáng tạo, kết quả định hướng.
