Mô tả Công việc

• 3-5 years of experience in Purchasing function

• Can be in charge main material and MRO

• Establish and maintain the list of approved suppliers

• Understand ERP system

• Negotiate the prices, terms of payment, terms of delivery with supplier to ensure meet company's requirements and saving plan

• Monitor filing of sales contracts, PO and PR orderly

• Be responsible for the vendor database accuracy • Keeps abreast of price trends in basic raw materials and supplies, makes recommendations on the timing and quantity of purchases, and establishes the most economical purchase quantities

• Coordinate with related departments to provide the specifications and other requirements of equipment and raw materials, etc. which are going to purchase.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

o Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành Kinh tế, Ngoại thương, Quản trị Kinh doanh hoặc các lĩnh vực liên quan.

o Kỹ năng giao tiếp, xử lý tình huống linh hoạt, kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đề

o Nhanh nhẹn, có tinh thần trách nhiệm, chủ động, tư duy cải tiến liên tục

o Thành thạo tin học văn phòng (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

o Tiếng Anh cơ bản: Business

Aldila Composite Products Co., Ltd (ACP), a wholly owned subsidiary of Mitsubishi Chemical Corporation, founded in 2006, located in Vietnam Singapore Industrial Park, Thuan An District, Binh Duong Province, manufactures composite golf shafts used in golf clubs assembled and marketed throughout the world by major golf club companies, component distributors and custom club makers. We are now seeking professional and enthusiatic candidates who possess our following capabilities.
