- Legal advisory:
+ Review, draft, and revise various types of contracts and legal documents to ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
+ Provide legal opinions and advice to internal departments on business activities, operations, and risk mitigation.
+ Support litigation matters, including preparing documents, liaising with external law firms, and coordinating with relevant departments.
- Licensing & Permits:
+ Research and analyze relevant laws, regulations, and government requirements applicable to the company's business and projects.
+ Prepare, compile, and submit dossiers for business licenses, chemical permits and other regulatory submissions.
+ Develop and maintain working relationships with government authorities and regulatory agencies (e.g., DOIT, DPI, MOIT, Police, etc.)
