Mô tả Công việc

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced North Business Development Specialist (Project) to lead and grow our project sales in the Northern region of Vietnam. The role focuses on residential and hospitality segments, with the responsibility to establish key business relationships, promote the brand, identify new opportunities, and support project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and expand the project sales channels in the Northern region (including residential & hospitality sectors)
Build strong relationships with developers, construction companies, and industry stakeholders through direct visits
Promote brand and product portfolio to architects and interior designers
Identify and pursue new project opportunities
Coordinate with internal departments (sales support, technical, logistics) to ensure smooth project execution
Develop long-term strategies for project business growth
Conduct market research and provide updates on project trends in the residential and hospitality sectors
Prepare weekly and monthly reports to the National Sales Manager

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

University degree (preferably in Architecture, Construction, or Technology)
At least 5 years of experience in project sales or business development
Proven track record and existing network with decision-makers in the project business
Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English
Professional, persuasive, and service-oriented personality
Self-motivated, eager to learn, and proactive in work
Strong problem-solving and leadership skills are an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital tools
Travel north market for business regularly
Able to work independently and in team settings
