Mô tả Công việc

Operational Excellence (OE) Manager is responsible for leading improvement activities in the factory, building a continuous improvement culture (Kaizen), supporting teams to work better, improving daily operations and managing projects and make sure they are done on time and bring good results.

Scope of responsibilities

Continuous Improvement

Lead factory improvement activities and build a Kaizen culture
Support teams to improve daily operations and efficiency
Manage projects to ensure on-time delivery and measurable results
Promote quality mindset across teams.

Automation & Maintenance

Manage and optimize automation systems (PLC, SCADA, HMI, etc.)
Oversee servo drives, VFDs, and motion control systems
Implement preventive and predictive maintenance (CMMS/EMS)
Reduce machine downtime and improve equipment performance
Integrate systems with OE programs (CMMS, MES)

Cost Control

Identify opportunities to reduce operational costs
Implement cost-saving initiatives in production and maintenance
Monitor budgets and ensure ROI on investments.

System Integration

Connect production, maintenance, and energy systems
Integrate automation with MES, ERP, and digital solutions
Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO, GMP, HACCP, OHS, FSSC 22000)

5. Operate under Company regulations of ISO, HACCP, GMP requirements

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Qualifications:

Age: From 30 – 45 years old

Education: Bachelor degree or higher in engineering with relating field such as Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Industrial Engineering, etc.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of industrial experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Experience in the Food & Beverage industry preferred.
Background in Lean, TPM, Six Sigma (certifications are a plus).
Experience in training, facilitation, and team development.
Knowledge of QMS, HACCP, GMP, ISO, FSSC 22000, OHS standards

Prefer:

Hard- skill: PLC programming, SCADA/HMI, robotics, industrial networking, data analysis, and Industry 4.0 integration ….
Soft – skill: Leadership, coaching, project management, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration…
Cost Management Skills: Operational efficiency, cost optimization, budget control, ROI analysis, and energy management…

Working Time: 8:00 – 17:00, Monday – Friday & alternative Saturday

Working Location: Red Bull Vietnam, Ha Noi Highway, Dong Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City (1.5km from Mien Dong Station, 500m from Thuy Chau park, 500m from Tan Van intersection, 1km from Dong Nai bridge (From Saigon to Bien Hoa Direction)
