Mô tả Công việc

Position Summary: The Operations Executive (Transshipment) is responsible for coordinate logistics, manage schedules and liaise with stakeholders to ensure efficient transshipment processes.

Responsibilities

Recieve SOB from POL agents.
Cross check SOB if possible to allow units discharge at VNVUT for further connecting plan, including scanning local regulation, terminal rule, special equipment handling.
Compare with discharge list sending by MSC VN Import Dept & communicate quickly if any issue.
Select suitable connection plan for ARO approval before proceeding.
Nominate vessel connection details on system and inform all related parties after approval.
Follow up connection plan & notify if any changes.
Report to ARO regarding final space arrangement for recording.
Ad-hoc vessel handling: Specially for SEA POL, request SOB from POL agent; Other country: auto find connecting solution to ship to destination.

Key Experience & Qualifications

Minimum diploma qualified university, preferably in Logistics or Maritime or equivalent
From 2 -3 years’ experience in shipping or forwarding industry
At least basic knowledge of operations works of barges, ICDs, terminal

Key Competencies & Skills

Positive attitude and able to work under pressure
Good communication & interpersonal skills
Strong written & spoken English skills
Ability to work independently
Good people skills and good relationship with icds, terminal
Problem solving skills
Microsoft Office applications
