Lãnh đạo hoạt động sản xuất hằng ngày nhằm đạt được mục tiêu về sản lượng, chất lượng và chi phí. Đảm bảo hiệu suất thiết bị tối ưu, giảm thiểu lãng phí và tuân thủ nghiêm ngặt các tiêu chuẩn GMP, an toàn và FSSC.
MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Thực hiện kế hoạch sản xuất và cân đối nhân lực, máy móc và nguyên vật liệu.
Theo dõi và cải thiện OEE, % lãng phí và thời gian hoạt động của dây chuyền.
Phối hợp với bộ phận Bảo trì để thực hiện bảo trì phòng ngừa và kiểm soát sự cố.
Thực thi an toàn, 5S và vệ sinh tại tất cả các bộ phận.
Hợp tác với QA để ngăn ngừa lỗi và duy trì tuân thủ.
Dẫn dắt các buổi Gemba và họp đánh giá hiệu suất hằng ngày.
Thúc đẩy cải tiến liên tục, Kaizen và các sáng kiến tiết kiệm chi phí.
Hỗ trợ các thử nghiệm sản phẩm và thẩm định vật liệu mới

ROLE SUMMARY:
Leads daily production operations to achieve output, quality, and cost targets. Ensures optimal equipment efficiency, minimal waste, and disciplined adherence to GMP, safety, and FSSC standards.
JOB POSITION
Execute production plans and balance manpower, machines, and materials.
Track and improve OEE, waste %, and line uptime.
Coordinate with Maintenance for preventive maintenance and breakdown control.
Enforce safety, 5S, and cleanliness across all departments.
Collaborate with QA to prevent defects and maintain compliance.
Lead daily Gemba and performance review meetings.
Drive continuous improvement, Kaizen, and cost-saving initiatives.
Support product trials and new material validations.
