OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Personal Assistant & Social Content Creator to support a fast-moving director across both business and personal matters.
This is a hybrid role combining operations, content creation, and social media. You’ll manage day-to-day priorities while also creating content and supporting the brand’s digital presence.
You’ll work across luxury, wellness, real estate, fashion, and tech.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Admin & Business Support
- Manage tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups
- Handle communications and requests
- Coordinate vendors and prepare reports
Content & Social Media (Core Focus)
- Plan, shoot, and create photo/video content
- Edit content (CapCut, Canva)
- Write captions and manage posting (IG, TikTok)
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney)
Property Management
- Support rental apartments and tenant issues
Scheduling & Travel
- Manage calendar and book travel
Events & Lifestyle
- Assist with events and personal tasks
Personal Support
- Handle errands and maintain confidentiality

WORKING TIME & LOCATION

Working hours: Monday to Friday
Must be available on weekends for urgent matters such as property emergencies or vendor access
Work location is hybrid
- Remote work from home or flexible locations
- In-person work mainly in District 1 or other required locations

NOTES

The primary place of work is flexible, but availability at different locations is required
Responsibilities may evolve based on business needs

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Must Have
- 1+ year experience (PA/EA)
- Strong organization and communication
- English proficiency
- Must have motorbike
