Working Location: R&D Center – Long Cang, Cần Đước, Long An

Working Hours: Monday – Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

We are expanding our R&D team and seeking a Power Electronics Engineer who will contribute to the design, development, and optimization of high-performance power electronics systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, model, and simulate power electronic converters and control systems for renewable energy applications.
Develop hardware prototypes and conduct laboratory testing, validation, and optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, control, and systems engineering) to integrate solutions into large-scale renewable energy systems.
Support the creation of technical documentation, standards, and design guidelines.
Ensure designs meet safety, efficiency, and compliance requirements.
Be flexible to work on assignments across different project locations in Vietnam and occasionally abroad when required.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or related field.
Strong foundation in power electronics design, control theory, and simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink, PLECS, PSIM).
Hands-on experience with hardware development, PCB design, and testing is a plus.
Knowledge of renewable energy systems (solar, hydrogen, storage, grid integration) is preferred.
Strong problem-solving mindset, eager to work in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
Flexibility to adapt to different project sites (domestic and international).
