Mô tả Công việc

KEY ACTIVITIES:

Support the Procurement Supervisor in contract management, including clarifying procedures, participating in negotiations, resolving disputes, evaluating change requests, and ensuring compliance with contract terms.
Coordinate with forwarding agents and the End-user Department to monitor schedules and ensure timely, accurate delivery of goods.
Manage material control at the factory, ensuring the List of Equipment & Materials meets contract requirements and is ready for installation, while verifying technical documentation (CO, CQ, drawings, datasheets, etc.) and coordinating goods inspection and acceptance.
Collaborate with the Engineering team and suppliers to oversee installation and commissioning, ensuring work quality, and identify material, equipment, and spare part needs from technical, maintenance, and production departments.
Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on specifications, quality, and delivery schedules, including requesting quotations, comparing prices, and negotiating technical and commercial terms.
Manage procurement of MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) and CapEx (Capital Expenditure) items, including consumable materials, spare parts, and capital equipment, using procurement software to ensure alignment with factory operational and investment needs.
Propose and evaluate cost-effective sourcing alternatives that meet technical and operational requirements, while supporting long-term procurement strategies and cost optimization.
Maintain accurate procurement records, track supplier performance, and report on costs, lead times, and order status.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

3 years’ experience in the Project procurement.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or any other relevant discipline.
Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
Proficient in MS Office
Direct communication
Irreproachable Integrity and transparency.
Willing to business travel.
