Mô tả Công việc

Material planning and procurement of the assigned assortment (incl. Follow-up of timely and sufficient supply, with supplier correspondence).
Develop strong strategic supplier relationships and promote strategic supplier development.
Oversee and manage Operations ERP Implementation processes and ensure standard process implementation.
Analysis inventory of each commodity and establish actions plans to prevent and reduce inventory.
Drive cost-saving initiatives through competitive sourcing, negotiation, value engineering, etc.
Ensure Direct and Indirect Sourcing RFQ’s are implemented and followed.
Identify supply risks and ensure supply continuity.
Monitor key procurement KPIs, prepare periodic procurement reports and present to leadership.
Ability to work cross culture and cross country.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

1.Educational background:

Bachelor’s Degree (regardless of major)

2. Experiences:

6+ years’ experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain
Experience in manufacturing, electronics, or high-tech industry is strongly preferred
Management or team-lead experience is a plus

3. Skills:

Language: English skill (speaking/listening/writing) is mandatory
Technical skills:

- Strong understanding of strategic sourcing, cost analysis, and supply market intelligence

- Hands-on experience with ERP systems

- Solid knowledge of contract terms, risk management, and compliance requirements

- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

Soft Skills:

- Team collaboration, effective communication & presentations skills

- Ability to build and maintain supplier relationships

- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical capabilities

- High integrity and professional ethics
