Mô tả Công việc

Quản lý toàn độ hoạt động phát triển đầu vào từ sample, costing đến khi chốt đơn hàng.
Điều phối và làm việc trực tiếp với team phát triển của khách hàng.
Phối hợp với các bộ phận nội bộ để đảm báo tính khả thi cho sản xuất và hiệu quả chi phí.
Đóng góp vào chiến lược phát triển dài hạn của nhánh hàng.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực phát triển sản phẩm may mặc xuất khẩu, ưu tiên dòng hàng sportwear/casual.
Am hiểu về nguyên phụ liệu và kỹ thuật.
Thành thạo tiếng Anh (4 kỹ năng) để làm việc với khách hàng nước ngoài và sales team.
Có kỹ năng giao tiếp, đàm phán và thuyết trình tốt.
Làm việc có hệ thống, tổ chức tốt.
Có tinh thần xây dựng đội nhóm và định hướng phát triển lâu dài.
