Mô tả Công việc

  • Be responsibility for all operation activities for assigned products: Compose docs, change request, new scheme for product, UAT Test, Update the product and regulation on product handbook, Inform to related department

  • Market research: survey, analyze and update market information, as well as key competitors reporting.

  • Improve the existing products in order to ensure the suitability and enhance its attractiveness to the market;

  • Keep track and adjust regularly the product regulations/ sales policies to ensure the compliance with Government, SBV and Company internal policies;

  • Other tasks assigned by Head of Department/ Line manager.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Education level, certification: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Banking/Finance, Economics, Marketing or related majors.

​Experience:  

  • Minimum 03 years of work experience in financial services sector (experience in product development/ product management/ Installment channel management/ digital banking especially in unsecured lending products (installment loan & cash loan) is preferable); 

  • Have experience in develop new product/ new services/ business cooperation models; 

  • Good in communication and planning, market analysis & project management; 

  • Good at Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); 

  • Written and verbal fluency in English.

  • Ability to work hard/ Ability to work in details; 

  • Effective problem solving; 

  • Have interest in innovation/ systemization/ digitalization; 

  • Careful, honest, innovative; 

  • Open-minded, proactive, well adaptable to changes.
