Mô tả Công việc

A. Procurement & Purchasing
• Handle purchasing activities for production materials and indirect materials.
• Issue Purchase Orders (PO) to suppliers.
• Follow up delivery schedule and shipment status.
• Monitor supplier lead time and delivery performance.
• Support supplier selection and quotation comparison.
B. Cost Management
• Conduct cost reduction activities (CR/SR).
• Support price negotiation with suppliers.
• Analyze material cost trends and market conditions.
• Monitor budget and purchasing performance.
C. Inventory Control
• Monitor inventory level and slow-moving stock.
• Coordinate with Planning, Production Control, Warehouse, and Suppliers.
• Support excess inventory reduction activities.
• Supplier Management
• Maintain good relationships with suppliers.
• Support supplier evaluation and supplier audit activities.
• Follow up quality issue and corrective action with suppliers.
D. Documentation & Compliance
• Manage purchasing documents, contracts, and records.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 requirements.
• Support 4M Change management and material approval process.
Responsibility:
• Prepare daily / weekly / monthly procurement reports.
• Support KPI monitoring and management reporting.
• Support data analysis using Excel / ERP / Power BI.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Languages: English / Japanese
• Experience: 1~5 years experience in Purchasing / Procurement / Supply Chain.
• Experience in manufacturing company is preferred.
• Japanese company experience is an advantage
