Mô tả Công việc

1. Chịu trách nhiệm thử khuôn, thiết lập và kiểm soát thông số ép nhưa
Responsible for mold testing, setting and controlling plastic injection parameters

2. Tạo hướng dẫn công việc cho sản xuất sản phẩm nhựa, hỗ trợ và giải quyết các vấn đề sản xuất.
Create work instruction for plastic products, support to solve any production issues

3. Tạo và kiểm soát tài liệu liên quan
Create and control related documents

4.Chịu trách nhiệm về việc tuân thủ quy tắc, thủ tục và yêu cầu về 6S & KAIZEN, an toàn lao động
Be accountable for the compliance to rules, procedures and requirement in terms of: 6S & KAIZEN, environmental Health Safety

5. Tối ưu hóa quy trình sản xuất
Optimize the production process

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên chuyên ngành liên quan, khả năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh hoặc tiếng Hoa
University degree or above with related major, speaking and writting English or Chinese

'- Có kinh nghiệm làm việc ở xưởng sản xuất nhựa
Injection workshop experience

'- Am hiểu về quy trình nhựa , tạo hướng dẫn công việc
Knowledge of plastic molding process, create work instruction, SOP

'- Am hiểu về quy trình lắp ráp
Knowledge of assembly process

'- Am hiểu về Lean manufactory
Knowledge of Lean manufactory

'- Sử dụng vận hành thành thạo máy ép nhựa, có kinh nghiệm vận hành robot
Proficient in operating plastic injection machines, with experience in operating robots

'- Sử dụng CAD và Office thành thạo, thành thạo sử dụng công cụ IE và QC để phân tích và giải quyết vấn đề
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CAD Auto and other softwares, good at using IE and QC tools to analyze and solve problems.
