Quality Manager - Your future position?
As the Quality Manager , you will lead and develop the site quality team to drive the quality strategy across operations, ensuring shop floor excellence and alignment with global and regional policies. You will oversee vendor and customer quality programs while contributing to local and regional projects to share knowledge and best practices.
You will directly report to the Head of Operations and you will be based in Binh Duong, Vietnam.

• Lead the site's quality strategy, building a culture of ownership and excellence across Operations.
• Ensure alignment with global and regional priorities while clearly communicating quality objectives to key stakeholders.
• Manage shop floor quality and implement vendor and customer quality programs in line with global policies.
• Oversee local quality and food safety systems, ensuring compliance with key standards and certifications.
• Coordinate effective, risk based and value adding internal audit program.
• Foster site implementation and audit compliance with internal and external standards (such as ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, RSPO, Halal, AIB, Singapore Food Authority, Food Safety System Verification - FSSV).
• Monitor local KPI tracking and drive continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with Continuous Improvement team.
• Resolve quality issues and customer complaints through rigorous root cause and corrective action processes.
• Coordinate crisis preparedness and response to crisis events, including recalls.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on projects and CAPEX initiatives to embed quality into lab improvements and site developments.
• Take ownership of the Quality Cost Center and deliver efficient, value-driven quality operations.
• Lead, inspire, and develop the site Quality team.
• Contribute to regional initiatives by sharing expertise, best practices, and fostering collaboration across sites.
