Mô tả Công việc

Xây dựng và triển khai chiến lược an toàn sức khỏe và theo dõi hàng tháng.
Thiết lập KPI An toàn cho bộ phận An toàn và tư vấn để tích hợp KPI an toàn và KPI các bộ phận, theo dõi hàng tháng.
Giám sát, đánh giá, xem xét các luật và tiêu chuẩn khách hàng ở thời điểm hiện tại, mới hoặc sắp hiệu lực và đảm bảo nhà máy có quy trình và chính sách đáp ứng sự tuân thủ.
Chủ động làm việc với giám đốc để thiết lập và duy trì chương trình cải tiến liên tục về ATSK trong phạm vi và trách nhiệm của họ, và những hoạt động kiểm tra thường xuyên
Đảm bảo hệ thống quản lý tai nạn và đánh giá rủi ro được kiểm soát nghiêm ngặt và các biện pháp kiểm soát thích hợp được thực hiện
Làm việc với khách hàng các chương trình đánh giá văn hóa an toàn. Đạt các mục tiêu của chương trình khách hàng
Thiết lập kế hoạch nghề nghiệp cho tổ chức ATSK và kế hoạch nhân viên tiềm năng

Developing and deploying strategy for long term and short term and monthly tracking
Develop safety KPI for OHS dept and consult to all depts to embed safety KPI, monthly review
Monitor, evaluate and review existing, new and upcoming Health and Safety legislation and ensure that factory has systems and procedures in place to meet legal compliance.
Work proactively with managers to establish and maintain a programme of continuous improvement in the management of Health and Safety within their areas of responsibility, which includes regular audits
Ensure that rigorous risk assessment and accident management systems are in place, to undertake risk assessment processes to identify hazards and to ensure that appropriate control measures are in place.
Work with customer on COSMA program. Get all targets in customer programs
Develop career path program for HS organization and succession plan

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Trình độ học vấn: Tốt nghiệp cao đẳng trở lên chuyên ngành an toàn/ môi trường hoặc lĩnh vực tương tự.
Kinh nghiệm: Ít nhất 4 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc tại nhà máy sản xuất với vai trò là quản lý an toàn , sức khỏe
Ngôn ngữ: Tiếng Anh tốt
Có kiến thức về việc xây dựng và triển khai chính sách HSE
Có kinh nghiệm đánh giá
Địa điểm làm việc: Công ty TNHH Giày Fuluh, Ấp Trị Yên, Xã Cần Giuộc, Tỉnh Tây Ninh.

Education: College degree and above in OHS or another similar field.
Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience working in manufacture factory as OHS supervisor
Language: English proficiency
Must have knowledge in making and implementing HSE policy
With experience in handling audit
Work location: Fuluh Shoes Co., Ltd., Can Giuoc, Tri Yen Hamlet, Can Giuoc Commune, Tay Ninh Province.
