Mô tả Công việc

Product Development & Innovation
- Assist in the formulation and development of new products from concept to commercialization.
- Modify and improve existing products based on market trends, customer feedback, and cost optimization.
Research & Analysis
- Conduct ingredient research, sensory evaluations, and shelf-life studies.
- Analyze market trends and competitor products to identify opportunities for innovation.
Process & Technical Support
- Develop and maintain process flow charts, technical data sheets, and specifications.
- Support production trials and scale-up activities, ensuring smooth transition from lab to factory.
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure all products comply with regulatory, food safety, and quality standards (e.g., GFSI, HACCP).
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including audit forms and supplier questionnaires.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Quality Assurance, Procurement, Marketing, and Operations teams.
- Provide technical support to customers and suppliers when required.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in R&D or product development (preferably in food & beverage industry), priority in fruit production.
Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, GFSI, FSSC 22000).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with formulation software is a plus.
Good communication and project management skills.
