Mô tả Công việc

Manage end-to-end mass recruitment for Sales roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
Proactively source and screen candidates through diverse channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.).
Partner with the Sales team to coordinate and facilitate interview processes.
Manage and continuously update the candidate database to ensure data accuracy.
Create engaging content and design communication materials to enhance employer branding across platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Website, etc.).

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
At least 03 year experience in mass hiring or recruitment for Sales/Commercial roles is a plus.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proactive, agile, and able to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for content creation with the ability to use basic design tools (Canva, AI design….)
