Job Summary
Be responsible for formulating and implementing the sales strategy of the Repreve brand in the Vietnam region. Through establishing channel cooperation, expanding customer resources and maintaining customer relationships, achieve the brand's sales targets and increase market share. It is necessary to deeply understand the brand positioning and product features, formulate localized marketing plans in combination with market trends, and coordinate cross-departmental resources to promote the improvement of brand awareness and sales performance.
Essential Functions
Market Expansion and Customer Maintenance
In-depth engagement with target customer groups such as fabric mills and textile manufacturers in Vietnam, promoting locally produced and China-imported recycled polyester yarn products, identifying potential demand, and establishing long-term cooperative relationships.
Sales and Targets Achievement
Define and carry out sales plans, achieve the regional sales targets, drive order conversion and payment collection.
Customer Relationship
Regularly follow up with clients to understand their feedback, provide product consultation, technical support, and after-sales services, enhancing customer satisfaction and repeat purchase rates.
Market Intelligence Collection
Track market trends, competitor strategies, and industry developments in the recycled polyester yarn market in Vietnam, providing feedback to the company on market demand changes, and offering insights for product optimization and market strategy adjustments.
Cross-regional Collaboration
Coordinate between the local production team in Vietnam and the China regional HQ’s supply chain to ensure efficient product supply, logistics, and delivery. Address any customer delivery or after-sales issues.
Required Skills/Abilities
Over 2 years of sales experience in textile raw materials (such as yarn, synthetic fibers etc.) or related products, familiar with the procurement processes of fabric mills and textile manufacturers in Vietnam. Industry resources are preferred.
Strong market analysis, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills, able to independently develop clients, make proposals, and deal with contract signing.
Familiar with the performance, technology and application of recycled polyester yarn (such as environmental characteristics and sustainable development value), and capable of selling product's core competitive advantages to customers.

Experience and Education
Proficient in Vietnam native level language, good command of Chinese or English (at least capable of business communication) to facilitate collaboration with the Chinese team and manage international business documents.
Good stress resistance, teamwork spirit, and the ability to adapt to cross-regional work
Proficient in MS Office, and capable of independently preparing sales reports and data analysis.
