Mô tả Công việc

We are looking for a true Hunter Sales professional to aggressively develop new customers and grow LCL shipment volume. This role is not for order-takers. You will be expected to prospect daily, close new business consistently, and build your own customer portfolio.

Working location: Hoang Quoc Viet Str, Nghia Do Ward, Hanoi, Vietnam

1. Aggressive New Business Development (Core Mission)

Actively hunt for new customers and develop LCL business both export and import
Perform daily cold calls, cold emails, visits, quotations
Build a strong pipeline of new, qualified leads and convert them into active LCL customers
Take full ownership of your personal sales target and results

2. LCL Sales & Volume Growth

Sell LCL consolidation services on assigned and self-developed trade lanes
Prepare competitive quotations, follow up aggressively, and close deals fast
Drive consistent growth and booking frequency from newly acquired customers
Identify upselling and long-term growth opportunities within your accounts

3. Execution & Attention to Detail

Work closely with operations and customer service to ensure smooth shipment execution
Ensure accuracy in quotations, contracts, and customer instructions
Follow up proactively on bookings, schedules, and customer feedback

4. Sales Discipline & Reporting

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and pipeline data in company’s system
Report daily on sales activities, new accounts, and booking performance
Track competitor activity and market trends to sharpen sales strategy
Other report when required

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Experience & Background

Minimum 1 YoE in logistics, freight forwarding, or LCL services
Proven success in hunter sales / new business development
Strong understanding of LCL, Incoterms, and freight forwarding processes is a big plus
English communication

Benefits

Competitive salary min 20 mil basic gross + bonus
DOUBLE BONUS when personal target is achieved
