Key Responsibilities
-Identify and Develop Potential Distribution Channels
Research, collect, and evaluate potential distribution partners aligned with the company’s growth strategy.
-Market and Competitor Analysis
Conduct surveys and analyze industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
-Business Planning
Develop market expansion plans and propose effective business strategies to management.
-Product Introduction and Consultation
Present product information professionally, tailored to the needs and characteristics of each customer segment.
-Customer Handling and Persuasion
Address inquiries, overcome objections, and provide solutions to persuade customers to choose the company’s products/services.
-Negotiation and Orders Finalization
Lead deal-closing processes, negotiate terms, and complete monthly orders.
-Customer Relationship Management
Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement.
-Internal Collaboration
Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer requests and ensure service quality.
-Business Idea and Solution Proposal
Proactively suggest initiatives and plans to enhance business performance.
-Other Assigned Tasks
Support additional duties as assigned by management to meet overall goals and timelines.

Sebang Battery Vina (hereafter SBV) is the subsidiary of Sebang Global Battery which is a global Top#5 lead acid battery in the world with over 1Billion USD of sales revenue. Rocket is the brand of Sebang which is famous for the automotive, stationary, golf cart and forklift battery market. SBV established in Aug, 2019 and opened a sales & administration office in Thao Dien, District 2, Ho Chi Minh City, while the factory located in Nhon Trach, Dong Nai would be operated from 1st Quarter of Y2021. SBV will produce electric forklift & Golf cart batteries from Nhon Trach and distribute not only for the Vietnam local market, but also for the export market too. In Y2020, SBV opened Hanoi office, BCS (Battery Care Station) in Nhontrach and Hungyen for nationwide sales.
