Mô tả Công việc

  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Gather and analyze market and customer information.
  • Identify and approach potential customers.
  • Represent the company and its products to customers.
  • Handle customer objections and close sales.
  • Liaise with suppliers to monitor order progress.
  • Review personal sales performance against targets.
  • Understand customers' business needs and requirements.
  • Prepare accurate quotations and proposals.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve product-related complaints.
  • Monitor and remind customers of payment schedules.
  • Develop and implement customer relationship maintenance plans.
  • Provide weekly sales reports.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Male/Female, aged 22–25.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
  • Strong selling, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, able to work independently and under pressure.
  • Good command of English (Japanese is an advantage).
  • Computer literacy: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Willing to work extended hours when required.
  • Result-oriented mindset
