Mô tả Công việc

Develop sales activities to achieve maximum sales of Citadines Central Binh Duong to current and prospective customers providing a mix of strategic and tactical solutions in a business-to-business selling environment.
Effectively achieve or exceed sales goals set by the Director of Sales.
Make sales calls on major key accounts, locally and overseas if necessary.
Periodically contact clients to update the information which is necessary for business.
Review rate recommendations to ensure a competitive position and maximize revenue.
Maintain appropriate membership and attend industry functions as representative of Citadines Central Bình Dương
Meet regularly with operating department heads through department heads meeting to review sales efforts and to ensure smooth co-operation in the coordination of the hotel

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management or Sales/Marketing preferred.
Proven experience in Hotel Sales Management : 3–5 years
English / Chinese communication skills

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITY

Strong guest service orientation and outstanding attention to detail.
Effective communication & negotiation skills
Good analytical & planning skills.
Resourceful and able to work independently.
