PURPOSE/ MỤC TIÊU

- Drive revenue growth by identifying and developing new customers, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, providing effective logistics solutions, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and improved business performance.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES/NHIỆM VỤ CHÍNH

- Find and develop new customers through available data or various sources.

- Consult clients on logistics services: international Sea/Air freight, forwarding, domestic & international transportation, customs brokerage, warehousing.

- Prepare service proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.

- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and handle customer issues within scope.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

- Propose ideas to improve service quality and business efficiency.

- Perform other tasks assigned by the HoD.

- Report directly to Head of Sales

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

CRITICAL QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/ KĨ NĂNG VÀ KINH NGHIỆM

- College diploma or higher in Business, Logistics, or a related field.

- Strong English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.

- Demonstrates enthusiasm, positivity, and eagerness to learn.

- Proficient in basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Email communication).

- Strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.

- Proactive in problem-solving and responsive to customer inquiries.

- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.

- Able to adapt to a fast-paced working environment.

- Willing to learn and understand the company’s products and internal processes.

- Experienced candidates are preferred, but fresh graduates are also welcome as the company is willing to provide training to those with a positive learning attitude.
