Mô tả Công việc

- Declare tax reports of shipping industry.

- Consolidate whole VN branches' monthly/yearly report.

- HQ Financial Consolidation System data maintain.

- Prepare VAT, FCT monthly report

- Calculate foreign contract tax (FCT) and create declaration to tax website, Posting FCT amount to FAST

- Calculating difference exchange rate

- Posting bank transaction of USD (CTBC, MSB, MZH)

- Posting bank transaction of MSB-VND related to LFC, internal remittance, salary payment

- Posting bank transaction of MZH-VND

- Posting SGA deduction via LFC

- Posting expense monthly by posting input VAT invoice

- Track depreciation of fixed assets and prepaid expenses

- Posting internal transaction between HCM and YMS branch, reconcile internal AR/AP with YMS branch

- Statistics, FDI report to government

- Some task from CA.

- Other related jobs/reports according to instructions of HQ, MGM and Leader

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Logistic/Transportation, Maritime Studies, Commerce or equivalent.
Required language(s): English
Minimum of 2 year experience working in shipping line is priority.
Full-Time position(s) available.
Good communication, negotiation and customer persuasion skills.
Having sense of responsibility, teamwork spirit
