We are seeking a Senior Business Development Specialist to manage sales and sales strategy for our spices portfolio, expand into new markets, maintain and develop key customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction from the initial deal through after-sales service.
- Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with oversea key accounts.
- Fully understand the needs and requirements of key customers and continuously propose solutions to meet customer objectives.
- Ensure correct products and services are delivered to customers on time.
- Serve as the main point of contact between customers and internal teams.
- Address and resolve any issues or complaints from customers promptly to maintain trust.
- Generate new sales opportunities and foster long-term relationships.
- Prepare regular progress reports and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
