1. Data Analysis & Segmentation:
- Analyze customer data to identify segments, behaviours, value drivers and opportunities for personalized journeys.
- Work with data analysis team to build dashboards and reports to track KPIs (conversion rate, retention & churn rate, Average Revenue Per User (ARPU), CLV, campaign ROI etc.)
2. Campaign Management:
- Designing and executing targeted, insight-driven campaigns to increase revenue (e.g., data stimulation) and improve loyalty.
- Design targeted campaigns for: Customer acquisition, Retention and churn prevention, Upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize based on data insights
- Conduct A/B testing and customer experiments to improve engagement and ROI
3. Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) Maximization:
- Develop and implement CVM strategies (retention, cross sales…) to maximize Customer Lifetime Value (CLV)
- Utilize CRM tools and data platforms to manage customer lifecycle activities
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to optimize customer journeys
4. Cross-functional Collaboration: Working with Marketing, Sales, Data, and IT teams to deliver personalized offers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related fields
- 2–5+ years of experience in CRM, CVM, Growth, or Data Analytics roles
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
- Proficiency in CRM tools, commercial acumen, and strategic planning
- Experience with tools such as: SQL / Excel / Python (preferred), CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Understanding of customer segmentation and lifecycle management
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in fintech, banking, telco, or e-commerce industries
