Mô tả Công việc

A Marketing Executive develops and executes marketing activities and campaigns to drive awareness, create a positive brand perception, and helps maximize the reach of our social media and community channels. Marketing Executives work with internal teams to coordinate and execute activities as well as external parties to promote events and campaigns. You will also Initiate and engage in conversations across the sport community at large:

1. Communication planning and execution: (40%)

Lead, plan and execute social communication & digital across all channels (Facebook, Instagram, Seeding Groups, email marketing, v.v...) to ensure delivering consistent brand messages & images to key segments.
Lead IMC plan for assigned campaigns based on the Marketing calendar from planning to execution.
Market study to understand what the change in consumer’s insight, behavior, or competitors is to update the communication plan accordingly.

2. Project management: (30%)

Work closely and be the contact point for internal stakeholders including but not limited to Merchandising, Media, Digital as well as external stakeholders including agencies
Create and manage closely the project timeline to ensure the on-time & in-full execution deliverables.

3. Report: (20%)

Monitor and evaluate the performance of the assigned scopes, proactively suggest the solution based on expertise to close the GAP vs KPI (if any) or to improve the results.
Frequency: Weekly, monthly quarterly.

4. Team supports & Adhocs: 10%

Other assigned tasks from direct report.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

At least 2 years of experience in a similar role at a fast-paced, agency or retail industry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Basic graphics and video editing skills (create social banners, excerpt video clips….)
Highly organized and able to work across multiple projects and accountabilities
Creative - you love coming up with new ideas to drive brand engagement and passionate about sports
Self-starter with an ability to initiate projects and execute from start to finish
Track record of working independently with minimal supervision
Team player with the confidence to take the lead
Good negotiating and collaborating skill to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to reach mutually beneficial agreements
Love & play sport.
Having the connection with sport community is a plus.
