The High Power Electrical Engineer will support the design and development of MW-scale power conversion systems used in renewable energy applications.
This role focuses on high-power electrical systems (200 kW – 10 MW) including transformers, high-power converters, rectifiers, and grid-connected power systems.
Candidates should have hands-on experience with high-power electrical equipment rather than low-power electronic circuits or PCB-level power electronics.
Key Responsibilities:

Support the design and development of high-power electrical systems (200 kW – multi-MW) for renewable energy applications.

Participate in the design, analysis, and testing of high-power converters, rectifiers, transformers, and grid-connected systems.

Work with cross-functional teams (mechanical, control, automation, safety, chemical) to integrate power systems into large-scale renewable energy platforms.

Conduct electrical simulations, system validation, and performance testing for high-power equipment.

Support prototype development, laboratory testing, and troubleshooting of power systems.

Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and grid connection requirements.
