Mô tả Công việc

Planning, monitoring, managing all project activities from contract awarded to getting acceptance for operation.
Monitor and control project budget, all variation of costs, schedules in project implementation.
Receive assigned projects from Project Manager.
Check and clarify project documents handed over from Salesman to understand project information, scope of work, specification, technical, schedule, etc.
Coordinate with internal departments to make master schedule, project implement plan, etc.
Coordinate with PIC of customer to implement the project: submit master schedule, project documents, materials, testing plan, inspection plan, etc.
Follow up and take action to make sure the progress is made as planned.
Follow up and take action to make sure the payment documentation is done as planned.
Prepare bidding documents for erection work.
Control the scope of work in contracts with customers and subcontractors.
Handle all issues that occur during project implementation.
Handle all issues that occurring from jobsite & customers.
Support Salesman for bidding the new project.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

University Degree of Construction (Civil Engineer, Bridge & Highway Engineer, etc.,)
At least 5 years in the field of construction
Familiar with the Microsoft Project, AutoCAD.
Goal management skills: Good
Analysis, evaluation skills & decision-making skills: Good
Time management & planning skills: Good
Negotiation & persuasion skills: Good
Communication Skill: Good
High Pressure: Good
Able to communicate fluently in English
