Senior R&D Engineer

• Lead research, design, and development of new products including pickup truck accessories (canopy, tub cab, structural frames, hinges, locks, sliding systems), camping/overland products (rooftop tents, outdoor kitchens, sink and water modules), bed solutions (bed floors, bed slides,modular systems), and heavy-duty toolboxes for industrial and mining applications. / (Chủ trì nghiên cứu, thiết kế và phát triển sản phẩm mới bao gồm phụ kiện xe bán tải (canopy, tub cab, khung kết cấu, bản lề, khóa, ray trượt), sản phẩm camping/overland (lều nóc, bếp dã ngoại, module bồn rửa và nước), giải pháp cho thùng xe (sàn thùng, khay trượt, hệ module), và các loại toolbox hạng nặng phục vụ công nghiệp và khai khoáng).
• Design appearance integrated with structure and mechanisms, ensuring aesthetics, strength,safety, and mass-production feasibility. (Thiết kế ngoại quan kết hợp kết cấu và cơ cấu, đảm bảo thẩm mỹ, độ bền – độ cứng – độ an toàn và khả năng sản xuất hàng loạt.)
• Own R&D projects end-to-end: planning, timeline, milestone control, deadline tracking, and full accountability for project delivery. (Chịu trách nhiệm toàn diện dự án R&D từ lập kế hoạch, bám tiến độ đến kết quả cuối cùng.)
• Hands-on involvement in prototyping, making critical design decisions early to minimize rework and production issues. (Tham gia sâu vào giai đoạn làm mẫu, đưa ra giải pháp thiết kế chắcchắn ngay từ đầu để hạn chế lỗi , tiết kiệm sản xuất và thời gian làm mẫu hoặc sửa đổi khuôn.)
• Mentor and technically guide team members in load-bearing structural design and motion mechanisms (hinges, sliders, locks, opening/closing systems), while reviewing and approving designs before prototyping or production. (Mentor và tư vấn kỹ thuật cho team về thiết kế kết cấu chịu lực, cơ cấu chuyển động, đồng thời review và phê duyệt thiết kế.)
• Collaborate closely with production, QA/QC, and purchasing to optimize designs for stamping, bending, laser cutting, and CNC, reducing cost and improving quality. (Phối hợp chặt chẽ với sản xuất, QA/QC, mua hàng để tối ưu thiết kế theo công nghệ thực tế.)
• Communicate technical progress and solutions to foreign managers, Chief Product Officer, and international partners when required. (Báo cáo và trao đổi kỹ thuật với cấp trên, Giám đốc sản xuất và đối tác nước ngoài nếu cần.)
