Mô tả Công việc

Our client is a leading multinational company in the packaging industry, currently expanding its business in Vietnam market. We are seeking Senior Sales Management professionals/Head of Sales to drive and support business growth.

Location: Binh Duong, Vietnam

Job Responsibilities

Identify and develop new customer partnerships while maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts.
Deliver assigned sales revenue and account targets in line with approved budgets.
Maintain regular contact with allocated customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term cooperation.
Manage customer orders from receipt to delivery, promptly addressing and resolving any issues.
Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales-related projects.
Monitor and follow up on accounts receivable for assigned customers.
Control finished goods inventory to ensure stock levels remain within approved limits.
Work with sales leadership to implement customer outreach activities and market development plans.
Collaborate with department heads and functional leaders to promote effective cross-functional teamwork.
Support team members in achieving their development objectives in alignment with company goals.
Drive team performance to meet defined targets for efficiency, quality, and customer service.
Manage staff performance, including attendance, discipline, training requirements, and recognition.
Coach, motivate, and encourage employees to perform at their best.
Build team engagement, morale, and ongoing professional development.
Ensure compliance with all applicable legal, environmental, and safety regulations.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar management role within the packaging
Hands-on exposure to business analysis, sales, marketing, business development, or product management.
Demonstrated ability in data analysis, team leadership, and customer service management.
Strong commercial awareness with a self-motivated, results-oriented mindset.
Customer-focused with a proven track record of improving client satisfaction.
Capable of identifying and acting on opportunities to drive revenue growth and profitability.
Fluent in both English and the local language, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
