Mô tả Công việc

1. Website optimization and Content Development 70%:

Develop detailed tactics aligned with business goals and SEO strategy, covering both classic search and AI-powered search environments.
Execute end-to-end website optimization activities, covering Technical SEO, On-page and Off-page enhancements, keyword analysis, performance tracking, and result reporting.
Lead content planning efforts and coordinate with the content team to deliver and co-develop, search - aligned content tailored to audience behaviors and marketing goals.
Managing the company’s websites by overseeing all information, ensuring the platform functions correctly and assisting in product management.
Building, maintaining and managing backlinks, satellite sites and social media ecosystems to strengthen overall authority.

2. Report & others 30%:

Using multiple tools to monitor website performance, search visibility and overall business progress.
Collaborating with other departments to support and complete assigned tasks.
Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the team leader or managers to support team objectives and ensure smooth operations.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, preferably in marketing, business, or a related field.
Experience: Expertise in SEO with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience.
Led SEO initiatives with proven success in securing top 3 Google rankings on projects facing medium to high competition.
Proficient in performing intermediate-level data analysis and interpreting insights to inform SEO and digital marketing strategies.
Experienced with Marketing and SEO tools (Office Suite, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahref,… or similar tools) to monitor performance.
Understanding of Core Web Vitals, page performance optimization, and responsive mobile-first design approaches.
Experience applying Schema.org and JSON-LD markup to enable rich search features and enhanced SERP visibility.
Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
Previous experience in ecommerce, especially in fashion field.
Able to think objectively and perform effectively under pressure, consistently delivering high-quality results.
Proven experience in improving visibility and rankings through Local SEO and App Store Optimization (Nice to have)
Able to perform basic API calls to retrieve or send data for integration and analysis purposes. (Nice to have)
