Mô tả Công việc

1. Sourcing

- Develop new supplier for raw material / parts / indirect item to meet good price, quality and delivery based on production demand / department demand

- Evaluate suppliers and negotiate contracts and terms of condition (price, L/T, payment term, and other requirement) to place an order.

- Audit supplier to ensure the good qyality and service

- Review supplier performance annually

2. Data management

- Maintaining and updating the supplier database.

- Purchase amount & cost down analysis by monthly

3. Master data control of SAP

- Purchasing information control of “Parts & Supplier” (Price , L/T, MOQ, etc.)

- C/O, HS code information control

4. Environmental issue management

- Control supplier to meet ROHS , REACH, POPS, other regulation requirement

- Join the environmental relative meeting and take necessary action

5. Design change management

- Design change control to suppliers

- Join the design change relative meeting and take necessary action

6. Other duties assigned by Manager

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

1. Education requirement

- Graduated from college/university related to business, administration, economics, supply chain management, logistics, international trade, etc.

2. Work experience

- At least 2 years’ experience in sourcing/purchasing in manufacturing firm(FDI)

- Product engineering experience is preferred

3. Knowledge, Skills and abilities

- Knowledge of Supply Chain Management

- Knowledge of optical product / Raw material, mechanical and electrical parts

- Good at communication, discussion, negotiation and problem-solving

- Knowledge of SAP/ERP

- Knowledge and skill of Excel, Word, PPT

- Negotiation, analysis and communication skills

- Good command of English (verbal and written)

3. Other requirements

- Able to work under pressure, honest and responsible for work.

- Be agile, active, flexible
