Job Summary:
The Sup Visual Merchandising is responsible for creating and executing visual merchandising strategies to enhance the in-store customer experience and drive sales. Work closely with store managers and the marketing team to ensure visual consistency across all stores and regularly monitor sales trends to adjust displays as necessary.
Team and line-report:
- Manage the VM teams (2 members)
- Report to General Manager
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement visual merchandising plans that align with the brand’s overall marketing strategy
- Create and maintain visual displays that effectively showcase new products, promotions and seasonal collections
- Collaborate with store managers to train sales associates on visual merchandising standards and techniques
- Ensure all visual displays adhere to safety and compliance standards
- Regularly visit stores to conduct merchandising inspections and provide feedback to store managers and sales associates
- Others task to be assigned by General Manager.
- A degree is preferred in visual of fashion, graphic design or other arts-related fields.
- At least 4 years of Visual merchandising experience in fashion.
- Retail sales or MKT experience is helpful in understanding customer behavior
- Good communication skills and flexibility.
- Proficient in using office software and Photoshop
- Fluent spoken and written English
