Mô tả Công việc

Supervise receiving, storage, and internal distribution to ensure timely material availability for production.
Ensure accurate and real-time inventory tracking and traceability via system tools.
Monitor environmental conditions for sensitive components (e.g., temperature, humidity).
Apply inventory control principles (e.g., FIFO/FEFO) to reduce material aging and support smooth operations.
Maintain warehouse organization (5S) and comply with internal safety/environmental standards.
Track material quality, quantity, lead time, transport costs, and efficiency.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Monitor and maintain appropriate inventory levels, minimizing both shortage and overstock.
Conduct regular inventory checks and ensure data accuracy.
Optimize warehouse layout and space usage for operational efficiency.
Propose and implement cost-saving initiatives in warehousing and material turnover.
Identify improvement opportunities and refine warehouse processes accordingly.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or other relevant fields.
Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse/material control, preferably in high-tech or component-level manufacturing environments.
Familiarity with warehouse systems such as ERP/WMS, inventory control procedures, and compliance practices.
Understanding of relevant international standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001) is a plus.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and warehouse optimization skills.
Analytical mindset and ability to improve processes based on inventory trends.
Proficiency in English or Chinese is an advantage.
