Mô tả Công việc

Participate and contribute in meetings on new product development.
Participate in weekly tracking meetings with Demand Planning / Sales / Trade Marketing to update supply fluctuations and actual sales to have timely and effective supply and production solutions.
Measure and improve Delivery in full on time (DIFOT), Days Inventory Outstanding (DIO), Slow Moving and Obsolete Stock (SMOS), Output Reliability (OR), ad-hoc the left row matrix
Develop and implement short- to long-term supply plans (AP, MPS, DPS, MRP) with 2 sources of supply inside and outside the company.
Basic data management serves planning, readiness for conversion, and testing of new systems.
Monitor progress to ensure goods supply. Analyze the causes and take corrective and preventive measures.
Lead & develop the team of employees below to meet the company's overall goals.
Coordinate with other departments to maintain and improve the department's common goals.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in supply planning, production planning, or demand/supply coordination.
Experience in manufacturing / FMCG environments preferred.
Familiar with ERP systems, planning tools and forecasting systems, advanced Excel.
Other requirements: analytical skills, problem-solving skills, stakeholder management skills and willingness to adapt to fast-changing business environment.
Prefer Candidates who are located in Long Thành, Dong Nai or near there.
