Talent Acquisition Executive

- This position is responsible for ensuring of recruitment mass efficiency

- Providing performance direction for employees

- Providing general direction of orientation, training program efficiency.

- Follow up projects and work with another department deadline commitment

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY

Sourcing & Recruitment: 60%
Training & development: 20%
Performance & efficiency: 10%
Employer branding & Culture development: 5%
Employee relationship: 5%

2. Education

- Vietnamese with Diploma or University Degree.

- Good knowledge of recruitment procedure

- Mass network with HR group

- Candidate has achieved deadline, commitment

- Good working knowledge of Office applications

- Excellence in regression analysis, logic, statistics, data skill

3. Experience in

- Experience in recruitment must

- Experience in ASKE interview

- Experience in HR software

- Experience in training & performance

- Ability to do dashboard report (Power BI)

4. Skills

- Good organization & planning skill

- Good interpersonal /intercultural skills

- Candidates sourcing skill

- Interview skill

- Professional service skill

- Good communication, negotiation

- Deliver short term result in a long terms perspective

Location: District 07, Ho Chi Minh City (business sometime)

Direct supervisor: HRM

Working time: Monday to Friday: from 08:00am – 17:00pm (Saturday: from 08:00am – 12:00am)
