Mô tả Công việc

- Calculate, declare and pay for tax monthly, quarterly, yearly or when incurrence (CIT, VAT, FCT, Business-License tax, FS...)
- Pay for PIT & make procedure related to GMT
- Prepare document to submit to tax office such as official letter, application form,...(if any)
- Do some tasks related to TP such as providing TP data, prepare transaction of related parties, check Local File & check translation of Master File
- Collect and check buying and selling invoices and prepare supporting documents to ensure validity.
- Recognize transactions related to tax into the accounting system and compare tax figures with accounting books to ensure accuracy.
- Regularly follow up status of tax account on tax website and check if there is any difference or abnormal issues, then solve the issues with tax office
- Prepare internal report related to tax if required
- Work with tax officer to solve tax issue such as explanation, providing data or reconcilation
- Check transaction & report when tax review, finalization & audit
- Work directly with consulting firm to solve tax issues
- Inform updated tax regulation & give instruction to related department for applying appropriately and avoiding tax risks
- Support to post buying invoice, issue selling invoice, monthly closing
- Attend seminar or training course on tax (if any)
- Support other tasks if required

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Graduated from University with major of Tax, Finance, Accounting, Audit
- 5-10 years of experience in similar position for FDI company, tax accountant in logistics company or tax consultant in consulting firm is prefer;
- Use fluently declaration system such as HTKK, eTax, einvoice
- Have knowledge of tax, accounting and current tax laws
- Have basic skills of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Accounting Software;
- Basic English communication required;
- Able to work independently and in group;
- Honest, hard working, enthusiasm
