1. MT Trade MKT Planning:
- Research shopper behavior at retail chains
- Collaborate with Brand department to develop NPD plans / Sales-Brief events
- Collaborate with MTP to develop promotional / on-top campaigns
2. Visibility & Merchandising:
- Design and produce point-of-sale materials (POSM) and promotional displays to ensure they are eye-catching and align with brand identity.
- Optimize display placement (Space Management/Planogram) on the shelves of retail chains.
3. Coordinate/Implemente Activations:
- Schedule, organize, and supervise activation activities at points of sale.
- Coordinate with Field Sales to implement programs to stores on time and accurately
4. Tracking & Post-Evaluation:
- Collect data and report monthly Sell-in and Sell-out
- Measure and evaluate “Post-Campaign Evaluation”
- Update competitor activities and provide feedbacks/proposals of all competitive activities
- Experience: at least 2 years of experience in MT TMKT (experience with Personal Care/Home Care is an advantage)
- Understanding of Modern Trade channel: knowledge of operations,reailer chaines , KPIs “Sell-out, ROI, Coverage”
- Skills: Strong negotiation, project management, and data analysis skills
- Qualities: Excellent communication skills, flexibility, creativity, and the ability to collaborate across departments
