Mô tả Công việc

1. Lead the production team to complete daily/weekly/monthly production plans, achieve productivity targets, and meet quality standards.

- Quản lý đội sản xuất hoàn thành kế hoạch sản xuất hàng ngày / tuần / tháng, đạt được mục tiêu năng suất và đáp ứng tiêu chuẩn chất lượng.

2. Report to the Production Supervisor on performance, quality, and other issues of the production lines under management. Report to the Production Manager on general management matters such as recruitment and training of new workers.

- Báo cáo với Giám sát sản suất các vấn đề về hiệu suất, chất lượng,…các line trong phạm vi quản lý, các vấn đề quản lý chung như tuyển dụng, đào tạo công nhân mớ

3. Propose and coordinate with the Production Manager on training and team-building matters.

- Đề xuất, phối hợp với Quản lý sản xuất các vấn đề đào tạo, xây dựng đội ngũ

4. Arrange and coordinate training for team leaders and workers.

- Sắp xếp, điều phối việc đào tạo đội trưởng, công nhân.

5. Direct and manage the production team on a daily basis.

- Điều hành, quản lý đội ngũ sản xuất hàng ngày.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

1. College degree or above.

- Trình độ học vấn tốt nghiệp cao đẳng trở lên

2. Minimum of 1 years of experience .

- Tối thiểu 1 năm kinh ngh`iệm vị trí tương đương.

3. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle situations effectively, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt, có khả năng xử lý tình huống và giải quyết vấn đề hiệu quả.

4. Can use Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)

- Sử dụng thành thạo phần mềm văn phòng (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outloook).

5. Can understand (listen and speak) Chinese language .

Có thể nghe hiểu và giao tiếp tiếng Trung.
