Job Description (JD):
· Reports to Plant Manager.
o Management and control of the raw materials, consumables, and safe storage, inventory, and issuance to the related departments.
o Develop a plan to implement material flow management systems to meet production needs.
o Planning and implementing tasks such as repairing, expanding, renewing, and installing equipment for the warehouse system to meet the company's requirements.
o Evaluate and set up an effective treatment plan to avoid causing adverse effects on the operation of the company.
o Coordinate with the Production Planning department to ensure the delivery schedule will be met within the specified time.
· Coordinate with other departments in the request and provision of required goods.
· Organize the issuance, delivery, and dispatch of goods according to the delivery plan.
· Recommends optimal transportation modes, routing, devices, and frequencies.
o Managing and securing the dispatching of produced goods.
o Review and approval of shipping documents prior to the goods leaving the company premises.
o Manage and supervise the storage control, particularly for the chemical and fire hazard materials to avoid fire, damage, and other safety-related incidents.
o Organize the implementation of 5S work at the warehouse
o Directing personnel to perform a periodic inventory of goods and assets.
o Conduct training with the employees, set clear goals, monitor employee performance, and ensure they comply with safety rules and procedures.
o Manage and assign tasks to each member of the department, guide, and create an effective working environment for the whole warehouse
o Perform other arising tasks as directed by superiors.
