Mô tả Công việc

- Working location: Xuan Hoa Ward, HCMC

- Monthly Salary: Negotiable

- Be responsible for reviewing, supervising, and assisting accountants in recording accounting data in detail and filing complete dossiers in compliance with current laws and regulations.
- Monitor the financial status of accounts receivable/payable in accordance with government financial regulations and company policies, and execute and manage cash flow planning to ensure the availability of funds for business activities.
- Compare and analyze actual reports against the budget and previous years, and report variances to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all financial and management reporting data for the company.
- Conduct and monitor the implementation of regulated monthly and periodic reports, tax declarations, and resolution of tax issues such as VAT, FCT, PIT, CIT, SCT, etc., for the ranch as required.- Liaise with internal/external auditors, tax authorities, and relevant government organizations relating to accounting and finance matters.
- Support in preparing and providing the dossiers for the progress of closing the Representative Office.
- Other tasks which are required by BOD.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Education Background: Bachelor's Degree
- Language: English - Business Level OR Japanese - Business Level (From N2)
- Experience: Have at least 5 years of experience as Chief Accountant, esp. in Japanese Trading/ retail companies is preferable.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead, and develop a team.
- Others: be familiar with Bravo or ERP software, detail-oriented, strong analytical skills, integrity and proactive mindset.
