Position: MEP Senior Engineer/Assistant Manager - Real Estate
Job Code: 127267
- Working location: Cau Giay, Hanoi
- Monthly Salary: 40,000,000～63,000,000VND

Responsibility

A) Assist Japanese and Vietnamese technical managers in various developer-side tasks, including:

• Design management

• Schedule and progress control

• Budget and cost management

• Bid preparation and evaluation

• Construction management (quality, safety)

• Tenancy coordination related to Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems (with strong emphasis on Mechanical, such as Plumbing piping and HVAC ducting)

B) Conduct site-based MEP supervision for a construction project:

• Review construction/shop drawings

• Monitor on-site MEP installation quality (piping, ducting, chiller system, ventilation, drainage, etc.)

• Support safety compliance as required by the developer.

C) Project Tenancy coordination (As a developer: design checks, schedule management, on-site monitoring ...)

D) Prepare documents and reports; develop presentation materials; process and edit drawing files (PDF, AutoCAD) and other design data.

E) Communicate effectively with internal and external project members (designers, consultants, contractors, vendors) by English & Vietnamese.

F) Provide interpretation (English ↔ Vietnamese) when necessary (not mandatory).

Requirements

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: University or vocational school degree in MEP engineering, mechanical engineering, or building technology
・Gender: Male only
・Age:
1) Engineer-Senior Engineer level: 25-35 years old
2) Assistant Manager Level: 30- 45 years old
・Language: English at Intermediate level
・Experience:
1) For Engineer/Senior Engineer: 3+ years working in building services (MEP) for construction projects
2)For Assistant Manager: 8+ years working in building services (MEP) for construction projects

– Analytical thinking, time management, communication, teamwork
