Mô tả Công việc

- Work Location: Ben Thanh Ward, HCMC
- Monthly Salary: Negotiable

<Job Responsibilities>
・Develop operational, direct sales strategies.
・Obtain the objectives and turnover as targets by the Management Board.
・Is accountable for the performance of the direct sales team, including overall and product line sales objectives and net sales profit goals.
・Produces accurate and timely sales forecasts as required by senior sales management. Selects and coaches the performance of the respective sales team. Provides ongoing training for sales representatives on product knowledge, selling skills, etc.
・Communicates and implements sales policies, procedures, and processes to support the objectives of the Company.
・Interfaces directly/indirectly with customers and direct sales staff, spending most time in the sales field.
・Encourage sales persons and customers through sales incentives, bonus on achievement, award trips, and customer conferences.
・Pricing Management: Set up price to customers and the market. Study market movement for price adjustment.
・Incentive solutions, strategies to attack the market and differentiate the brand from competitors.
・Other related issues assigned by General Manager/ Deputy GM- BE Dept.
Others:
・Attending to the Company copier clients’ orders and realizing the sales
・Follow up with the direct salesperson for collecting the payment
・Inform the company's product information
・Pushing Direct Sales Staff to achieve the target for the Team
・Taking orders.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: University degree and IT background are advantages
・Gender: Any
・Age: Under 55 years old
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience of 3 years in management in the B2B Office IT equipment
・Skills:
- Computer skills: basic software
- Good command of communication and negotiation, customer-focused, enthusiastic, and patient.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Multi-function copiers (MFP) and supporting Office Solutions Information Display Panel (IDP) and Interactive White Board (IWB) are highly preferred
・Japanese proficiency preferred
